I am tired all the time. From the moment I wake up my first thought is that I can’t wait to go to bed early. What is draining me so much? Is it lack of sleep, work, working out? What?

I go to sleep pretty early, and I am up at 5AM doing my workout. I then have a full nine hour day at the shithole office. I then have to drive back home, take the dog out, start dinner, get myself cleaned up, pick up anything I can. It’s every damn day. There is not a moment of time when I can just not do anything. Even when I try to, I have a hard time relaxing because all the things I forgot…
